उत्तर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं : हर मरीज को मिल रहा उपचार, उच्च स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएंः ब्रजेश पाठक

लखनऊ। 31 जुलाई : हम प्रदेश के लोगों को उच्च कोटि की स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं। यह हमारी सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता है। महकमे की निचली इकाई से लेकर ऊपर तक एवं शहर से लेकर गांव हमने सुधार किया है। बुधवार को विधान परिषद में स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा से जुड़े सवालों का जवाब देते हुए उप मुख्यमंत्री ब्रजेश पाठक ने बताया कि प्रदेश में पांच हजार की आबादी पर स्थापित आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर की संख्या 25 हजार से अधिक है। इन सब सेंटरों पर सीएचओ तैनात हैं। यहां 58 प्रकार की दवाएं एवं 13 तरह की जांचें होती हैं। जच्चा-बच्चा की सुरक्षा के टीके भी लगाए जाते हैं। प्रसव की भी सभी सुविधाएं यहां उपलब्ध हैं। अगर कोई गंभीर रोगी यहां आता है, तो उन्हें तत्काल पास के बड़े स्वास्थ्य केंद्र भिजवा दिया जाता है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं : संजीवनी एप बना वरदान

लखनऊ। डिप्टी सीएम ब्रजेश पाठक ने सदन को बताया कि संजीवनी एप के माध्यम से हम मरीजों को टेली मेडिसिन की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं। यह एप मरीजों के लिए वरदान बन गया है। प्रख्यात चिकित्सक ऑनलाइन मरीजों को देखते हैं। प्रदेश के 70 हजार से अधिक मरीज टेली मेडिसिन की सुविधा ले रहे हैं। उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि अस्पतालों में बायोमैट्रिक हाजिरी की व्यवस्था की गई है ताकि हमें स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की आमद की सही जानकारी मिल सके।

लखनऊ। उप मुख्यमंत्री ब्रजेश पाठक ने कहा कि पहले ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में स्थापित स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर मरीजों को इलाज नहीं मिल पाता था। वर्ष 2017 से पहले प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं की क्या हालत थी, यह किसी से छिपा नहीं है। आज हम दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में भी उच्च स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं। अब गांवों में ही लोगों को इलाज मिल रहा है।

लखनऊ। डिप्टी सीएम ब्रजेश पाठक ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का आभार जताते हुए कहा कि विश्व की सबसे बड़ी आयुष्मान भारत योजना से मरीजों को पांच लाख रुपये तक का निःशुल्क इलाज मिल रहा है। प्रदेश में 5.11 करोड़ आयुष्मान कार्ड बना कर हम देश में पहले नंबर पर हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि योजना से जुड़ी अगर कोई भी शिकायत आपको मिली है, तो हमें उपलब्ध कराए। हम जांच कराएंगे और दोषियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज करा कर उनके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करेंगे।

उत्तर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं : 65 जिलों में संचालित मेडिकल कॉलेज

लखनऊ। उप मुख्यमंत्री ब्रजेश पाठक ने कहा कि वर्ष 2017 से पहले प्रदेश में सिर्फ 17 मेडिकल कॉलेज संचालित थे। आज हम एक जिला एक मेडिकल कॉलेज की योजना को साकार कर रहे हैं। प्रदेश के 65 जिलों में पूरी क्षमता के साथ मेडिकल कॉलेज काम कर रहे हैं। जो जिले शेष हैं, वहां पीपीपी मॉडल के जरिए हम कॉलेजों की स्थापना करा रहे हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं : 5 लाख रुपये तक किया वेतन

लखनऊ। डिप्टी सीएम ने बताया कि पहले विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक नहीं मिलते थे। देश में पहली बार हमने चिकित्सकों को पांच लाख रुपये महीना तक वेतन देने की शुरुआत की। सेवानिवृत्ति की आयु सीमा बढ़ा कर 62 के स्थान पर 65 कर दी गई है। जो चिकित्सक रिटायर हो जाते हैं, वॉक इन इंटरव्यू के जरिए उन्हें पुनः रखा जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग में एनएचएम के जरिए भी रिक्त पदों पर भर्तियां हुई हैं।

उत्तर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं : आधा किया एम्बुलेंस का रिस्पॉंस टाइम

लखनऊ। डिप्टी सीएम ने बताया कि एम्बुलेंस के संभावित स्थान पर पहुंचने के रिस्पॉंस टाइम को भी हमने आधा किया है। जो एंबुलेंस पहले 15 मिनट में पहुंचती थी, अब आठ मिनट में पहुंच जाती है। उन्होंने बताया कि अस्पतालों में दवाओं की कतई कमी नहीं है। सभी अनुमान्य दवाएं अस्पतालों में हैं।

लखनऊ। उप मुख्यमंत्री ने सदन से कहा कि वे जानते हैं कि गरीबी क्या होती है। अगर कोई व्यक्ति सरकारी अस्पताल में इलाज कराने आ रहा है, तो हमारी जिम्मेदारी है कि उन्हें उच्च कोटि की स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि पूर्व में अस्पताल में आने वाले मरीजों का कोई भी आंकड़ा दर्ज नहीं होता था। आज हमारे पास प्रतिदिन के आंकड़े हैं। उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि हर दिन प्रदेश के अस्पतालों मे 1.75 लाख मरीज पहुंचते हैं। इनमें से 12 हजार गंभीर (एक्सीडेंट-ट्रामा), आठ हजार गंभीर रोगों से ग्रसित मरीजों की संख्या है। पूर्व में जिला मुख्यालयों में डायलसिस की सुविधा नहीं था। आज हमने दस-दस बेडों की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई है। साथ ही सीटी स्कैन की सुविधा भी मरीजों को दी जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि अस्पतालों के कामकाज पर नजर रखने के लिए सीसी कैमरे लगवाए गए हैं। जिनकी मॉनेटरिंग लखनऊ के डीजी हेल्थ आफिस में कमांड सेंटर के माध्यम से होती है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं : प्राइवेट केंद्र पर भी करा सकती हैं अल्ट्रासाउंड

लखनऊ। डिप्टी सीएम ने बताया कि प्रदेश मातृ शिशु मृत्यु दर में भी कमी आई है। सरकार द्वारा गर्भवती महिलाओं के लिए अल्ट्रासाउंट कराने की योजना शुरु की गई है। किसी भी सीएचसी पर जाकर हर गुरुवार को अल्ट्रासाउंट कराया जा सकता है। इसके लिए उनके मोबाइल पर बारकोड मिलता है। अगर भीड़ अधिक है अथवा कोई अन्य कारण है, तो गर्भवती महिलाएं प्राइवेट सेंटरों पर जाकर भी अल्ट्रासाउंट करा सकती हैं। जिसका पेमेंट सरकार द्वारा किया जा रहा है।

We are providing high quality health facilities to the people of the state. This is the commitment of our government. We have improved from the lower unit of the department to the top and from city to village. While answering questions related to health and medical education in the Legislative Council on Wednesday, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak said that the number of Ayushman Arogya Mandirs established for a population of five thousand in the state are more than 25 thousand. CHOs are deployed at all these centres. 58 types of medicines and 13 types of tests are done here. Vaccines are also given for the safety of mother and child. All the facilities for deliveries are also available here. If any serious patient comes here, he is immediately sent to the nearby big health center.

Sanjeevani app became a boon

Lucknow. Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak told the House that through Sanjeevani app we are also providing tele medicine facility to the patients. This app has become a boon for the patients. Renowned doctors see patients online. More than 70 thousand patients of the state are taking the facility of tele medicine. He informed that biometric attendance has been arranged in hospitals so that we can get correct information about the arrival of health workers.

Patients from remote areas are getting treatment

Lucknow. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak said that earlier patients were not able to get treatment at the health centers established in rural areas. What was the condition of health services in the state before the year 2017 is not hidden from anyone. Today we are providing high level health services even in remote areas. Now people are getting treatment in villages itself.

We are number one in making Ayushman cards

Lucknow. Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that patients are getting free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh through the world's largest Ayushman Bharat scheme. We are number one in the country by making 5.11 crore Ayushman cards in the state. He said that if you have received any complaint related to the scheme, then provide it to us. We will investigate and take strict action against the culprits by registering a case against them.

Medical colleges operating in 65 districts

Lucknow. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak said that before the year 2017, only 17 medical colleges were operating in the state. Today we are realizing the plan of one district one medical college. Medical colleges are working with full capacity in 65 districts of the state. In the remaining districts, we are setting up colleges through PPP model.

Salary increased to Rs 5 lakh

Lucknow. The Deputy CM said that earlier specialist doctors were not available. For the first time in the country, we started giving salary of up to five lakh rupees per month to doctors. The retirement age limit has been increased to 65 instead of 62. Doctors who retire are being rehired through walk-in interviews. He said that recruitments have also been done on vacant posts in the department through NHM.

Response time of ambulance halved

Lucknow. The Deputy CM said that we have also halved the response time of the ambulance to reach the possible location. The ambulance which used to reach in 15 minutes earlier, now reaches in eight minutes. He said that there is absolutely no shortage of medicines in the hospitals. All the required medicines are available in the hospitals.

We have daily data of patients

Lucknow. The Deputy Chief Minister told the House that he knows what poverty is. If a person is coming to a government hospital for treatment, then it is our responsibility to provide them high quality health services. He told that earlier no data of patients coming to the hospital was recorded. Today we have daily data. He informed that every day 1.75 lakh patients reach the hospitals of the state. Out of these, 12 thousand are serious (accident-trauma) and eight thousand are suffering from serious diseases. Earlier there was no facility of dialysis in the district headquarters. Today we have provided the facility of ten beds each. Along with this, the facility of CT scan is also being given to the patients. He told that CCTV cameras have been installed to keep an eye on the functioning of the hospitals. Which are monitored through the command center in the DG Health Office of Lucknow.

Ultrasound can also be done at private centers

Lucknow. The Deputy CM told that the maternal infant mortality rate in the state has also decreased. The government has started a scheme to get ultrasound done for pregnant women. Ultrasound can be done every Thursday by going to any CHC. For this, a barcode is received on their mobile. If there is a large crowd or any other reason, pregnant women can also go to private centres to get ultrasound done. The payment for which is being made by the government.
